Residential HVAC Service Technician

We’re looking for motivated, professional, and experienced HVAC service technicians primarily responsible for maintaining and repairing residential HVAC systems; identifying repair/replacement needs necessary to maintain equipment and systems; providing necessary information on the proper uses of the equipment.

Requires knowledge of residential HVAC systems obtained through training after high school and 3-5 years of HVAC experience. Must be adept at using a variety of tools to work with refrigerant lines, electrical components, fuel lines, and air ducts. Must possess the ability to use voltmeters, thermometers, pressure gauges, manometers, and other testing devices to check airflow, refrigerant pressure, electrical circuits, burners, and other components. Must have the ability to effectively communicate information and respond to customers’ questions. Position requires consistent work at or above Key Performance Indicators as assigned by Service Manager.

Requirements:

• HVAC training or equivalent experience of 3-5 years
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
• High-school diploma/GED
• Relocation to Jackson, WI general market area may be required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
• Overtime
• On Call
