Super prompt service and response time. Our technician was polite, professional, knowledgeable, explained everything and had our AC up in running in about an hour. When it’s 92 degrees you’re very thankful. I liked the online service request form as our outage happened after hours. We got a call first thing in the morning and all repairs were done by 9am.

Last week we had issues with our furnace not heating, Steve came out to assess the situation & it happened to be more serious than just the heater/blower ~ to sum it up, we needed a "new" furnace which Steve explained in detail to my husband, the very next day we had a new unit installed by 2 very nice installers, that made sure everything was running & heating smoothly. Furnace was not working properly. Robert came in a timely manner and found snow in the air intake and a nest in the fresh air intake by the furnace. Checked other things to be sure there were no other issues. With temp at -21, it is reassuring to know the furnace won't die completely in the middle of the night! The nest was also a good reminder to have yearly maintenance!

Steve was on time, most courteous and informative. Everything seemed to be done very thoroughly. We have done business with Sure Fire since 2004 when they installed our furnace, air conditioner and Fresh Air Exchanger in our newly built home. They keep very good records (better than mine). Prices for services seem to be reasonable.
